    • This loan limit depends on property location
  • Minimum Down Payment 3% (97% LTV – Loan to Value )
  • Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) will apply for more than 80% LTV (PMI Rates will be provided with loan application)
  • Credit Score will affect interest rate and PMI
    • Minimum Credit Score for PMI Loan is 680
    • Exceptions can apply to this program
